Many people unknowingly overbreathe, breathe through the mouth, or use shallow chest breathing, which can contribute to stress, fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety, and reduced performance. As a Functional Breath Coach trained through The Oxygen Advantage, I help clients improve breathing mechanics, build better CO₂ tolerance, increase calm and resilience, and support overall wellness through personalized breathing techniques and education.
