Workshops

  • The intention of this workshop is to provide information on functional breathing. How to breathe functionally throughout the day to help optimize energy, protect your immune system, stabilize your nervous system, and enhance sleep. I will teach techniques to help tone your vagus nerve, increase tolerance to carbon dioxide, decrease and manage anxiety, and to optimize endurance during physical exercise.

  • This stress management workshop is designed to help individuals better understand how stress impacts the mind and body while learning practical tools for everyday life. Participants will explore how to recognize early signs of stress, shift unhelpful mindsets, strengthen self-care practices, and develop healthy coping strategies to build resilience, improve balance, and support overall well-being.

  • This self-esteem workshop is designed to help individuals understand how core beliefs are formed and how negative beliefs can become reinforced throughout life experiences. Participants will learn how beliefs shape self-esteem, identify limiting thought patterns, and begin shifting beliefs that no longer serve them. Practical exercises will be provided to help strengthen self-worth, build confidence, and develop a healthier, more grounded sense of self.

  • This Mindfulness and Meditation workshop is designed to help individuals slow down, become more present, and better manage the stress of everyday life. Participants will learn the foundations of mindfulness, how to calm the nervous system through meditation, and practical techniques to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and create greater emotional balance and inner peace.

  • Workshops can be created and tailored to meet the unique needs of your group, organization, or community. Additional topics may include communication skills, healthy relationships, boundaries, emotional wellness, confidence building, stress reduction, and other personal growth or mental health areas. Consulting and Supervision

  • Mental health consulting provides professional guidance, education, and support to organizations, schools, teams, and community groups seeking to improve emotional wellness and mental health awareness. Services may include program development, staff training, workshops, wellness initiatives, and strategies to better support clients, employees, students, or members. My goal is to help create healthier, more informed, and emotionally supportive environments.

  • I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota and am qualified to provide clinical supervision for social workers working toward clinical licensure. I bring a holistic, person-centered approach to supervision that emphasizes reflection, clinical depth, and the integration of the whole person into clinical work. My style is grounded in validation and support while also being appropriately challenging to help clinicians grow in confidence, skill, and self-awareness. I aim to create a supervision space that is both safe and honest, where clinicians feel supported while also being encouraged to stretch and develop their clinical voice.
