Mental Health Therapy

Everyone has mental health, and caring for it is one of the most important investments you can make in your overall well-being. Happiness is not constant, but when you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, or life challenges, it can feel especially far away.

I use a strengths-based, relational approach to therapy that supports growth, healing, and meaningful change. I strongly believe in empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and wellness while building a strong foundation for recovery.

My therapeutic style is eclectic and holistic, meaning I tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client while recognizing the connection between mind, body, relationships, and environment. One of the most important relationships you have is the relationship with your own body, and I believe healing often begins by learning to tune in, listen, and respond with compassion.

I have experience utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), along with supporting a wide range of mental health and relational concerns.

I am also board-approved to provide clinical supervision for individuals with an LGSW, and mentoring the next generation of clinicians is work I deeply value.

I work with individuals ages 13+, couples, and families and I am in-network with most major insurance companies.
